REST

The node's data over plain GETs, from any language.

Every read the JSON-RPC namespaces offer is also a GET on the node, with query parameters. Responses are {"ok": true, "result": …} or {"ok": false, "error": "…"}.

Writing

Two POST endpoints take JSON bodies: /exchange_signing_payload (the bytes to sign for an exchange transaction) and /submit_exchange_tx (submit it). Exchange transactions walks through both.

Limits

Public nodes rate-limit per IP and endpoint, and get_blocks is cost-limited (each call costs offset / 100 + limit / 50 from a budget of 1,000 per IP per hour). For history use the transaction index; for live data use streams.

The REST reference lists every endpoint.
