QRDXDocs

Quickstart

Install QRDX Wallet, connect it to testnet, and place your first order on the native exchange.

This takes about five minutes. Everything happens on testnet, where tokens have no value.

Install QRDX Wallet

Pick the platform you will trade from. All three share the same accounts, and one recovery phrase restores them anywhere.

PlatformHow
Browser extension (Chrome, Firefox)Install from wallet.qrdx.org. Sites find it automatically.
iPhoneOpen wallet.qrdx.org in Safari, then Share → Add to Home Screen. Unlocks with Face ID on iOS 18 and later.
Any browserUse the web app at wallet.qrdx.org. It locks when you reload.

Create a wallet and write down the phrase

Choose Create a new wallet, set a password, and write down the 12-word recovery phrase. The phrase is the only backup: it restores both of your keys, the classic one and the post-quantum one.

Each account has two addresses:

  • a 0x… address for classic (Ethereum-style) transactions, and
  • a 0xPQ… address, signed with your post-quantum key. Trading, tokens and pools use this one.

Accounts explains how the two relate.

Switch to testnet

Open the network menu in the wallet and choose QRDX Testnet. The trading site follows the wallet's network.

Get testnet QRDX

Exchange operations pay a small fee in QRDX (about 0.0001 QRDX each). There is no public testnet faucet yet; ask in the QRDX community channels for testnet QRDX, and give your 0xPQ… address.

Connect to QRDX Trade and place an order

Open trade.qrdx.org, choose Connect, and approve in the wallet. With the extension installed, pick QRDX Wallet extension; on a phone, pick QRDX Wallet on your phone and scan the QR code.

Pick a market, enter a price and size, and press Buy or Sell. The wallet shows the decoded order ("Buy 10 USDC at 0.0043 WQRDX") before you sign. The order executes when the next block includes it, usually within seconds.

See it on the explorer

Every order, fill and fee is on explorer.qrdx.org. Search for your 0xPQ… address; you can also claim a public profile for it.
